The Scalable Experience Team is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, technology-driven customer experience (CX) strategies and leads cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys, self-service solutions, and operational efficiency, ensuring the business can grow while maintaining exceptional client experience.

Account Management team
WealthTechs Account Managers consult with new clients during the sales, value proposition and pilot testing phases of our onboarding process. Their sole focus is to achieve 100% customer onboarding success by making any necessary resources at WealthTechs available to our new clients and make the onboarding experience efficient and pleasant.
Client Service Team
The WealthTechs' Client Service Team is dedicated to providing exceptional support and service to clients, including financial advisors, and institutions. The team acts as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, assisting with onboarding, account management, platform navigation, and issue resolution. They work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless client experience, deliver timely and accurate information, and maintain high satisfaction levels. By combining deep industry knowledge with strong communication skills, the Client Service Team helps clients make the most of the company's technology.
Information Security Team
WealthTechs’ Information Security Team maintains and monitors a comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program aligned with SOC 2 Type II standards.
Since 2018, WealthTechs has annually completed its SOC 2 Type II examination, conducted by an independent auditing firm in accordance with AICPA’s AT-C section 205. This evaluation covers the company’s controls related to the Trust Services Criteria: Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy.
The SOC 2 Type II report confirms that WealthTechs’ processes, procedures, and controls are formally reviewed and tested for both design and operational effectiveness. The report includes detailed system descriptions and provides assurance to clients without requiring additional assessments.
Dev Ops Team
At WealthTechs, delivering high-quality, normalized data each morning is our top priority. Our flagship Portfolio Accounting Data™ service ensures clients receive timely, reliable data via SFTP or API—enabling early reconciliation and seamless integration into mission-critical systems before market open.
Every single day, our dedicated DevOps Team executes what we call “The Morning Process”—the most important thing we do. Nothing takes higher priority. We continuously improve this process to exceed client expectations.
The DevOps Team handles 7 core responsibilities:
- Ingest unstructured data from providers into our Microsoft SQL staging database.
- Normalize data using proprietary mapping logic developed by our DataDev Team.
- Export normalized data to WealthTechs’ structured Data Model in SQL.
- Validate and fix issues using our automated rules engine with 180+ data checks and position reconciliation.
- Notify clients of any delays via the ClearView Portal and automated email alerts.
- Deliver structured data to clients via SFTP or API and archive source data in our encrypted Data Lake.
- Improve continuously through client feedback, enhanced logic, and updated validation and reconciliation methods.
Data Dev Team
At WealthTechs, our Data Dev Team plays a critical role in transforming raw, unstructured financial data into clean, structured insights our clients can rely on. We aggregate data from hundreds of custodians, brokers, sponsors, and other financial institutions, and map it into our proprietary Portfolio Accounting Data™ Normalized Data Model.
This is no small task—each data source may use thousands of unique transaction codes. For example, a single custodian might have thousands of individual codes that must be accurately mapped to just 75 standardized transaction types in our model.
Precision is everything. That’s why our DataDev Team combines expert attention to detail with sophisticated data validation and quality assurance systems. The result? A continuously refined and reliable data model, driven by both customer feedback and WealthTechs’ proprietary tools.
Web Dev Team
WealthTechs’ Web Development Team is responsible for building and maintaining all ClearView web platforms. This includes:
- Internal CRM Systems – Tools used by WealthTechs employees to manage client relationships and workflows.
- ClearView Portal – A secure platform where clients can view interface statuses, request new integrations, and submit account addition requests.

Information Technology Team
At WealthTechs, our Information Technology (IT) Team plays a critical role in ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of our digital infrastructure.
The team is responsible for managing all cloud-based servers, firewalls, and systems used for data processing and website hosting. In addition, they oversee the configuration, maintenance, and security of employee endpoint devices, as well as the software used to access WealthTechs’ websites, servers, and Microsoft 365 environment.
Our IT Team ensures seamless connectivity, safeguards sensitive information, and supports the tools that power our day-to-day operations.

Information Technology Team LeaderLeonardo leads the WealthTechs Information Technology team. Leonardo has been supporting large IT infrastructure for companies and government entities since 2008. He is well versed in all things related to networks, software, hardware, and information security.
Finance Team
At WealthTechs, our Finance Team plays a vital role in keeping the company financially strong and strategically positioned for growth.
The team manages all aspects of our financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, funding oversight, and tax compliance.
